Beginner’s Mind Meditation
This meditation is based on the Zen Buddhists’ practice of “Shoshin”, or Beginner’s Mind.
Beginner’s Mind is a practice that can free us from expectations, judgments, habitual, unconscious living, dis-embodiment, comparisons, and assumptions. Being free from these things is a powerful way to create sexual well-being.
When we cultivate a Beginner’s Mind, we engage with the world, our experiences, and the present moment as if we are experiencing them for the first time.
In this meditation, I call on Beginner’s Mind to help awaken your sexual and sensual energy as if for the very first time. In doing so, you will cultivate deeper awareness, presence, and connection to your body, your embodied experiences, and your sexuality.

This meditation is designed to help you come into a mindful, compassionate presence and to decrease anxiety and the swirl of a busy, over-active mind.
It has been shown in the research that learning how to let go of anxiety and be fully present to one’s body, sensations and current experience leads to greater sexual satisfaction.
This meditation practiced regularly, will help you cultivate mindful awareness and presence, an increase in sexual pleasure and enjoyment and a stronger capacity to let go of anxiety, distractions and a performance approach to sex.

Healing Sexual Shame Meditation
This meditation focuses on acknowledging and releasing sexual shame. It is designed to help you gently approach memories or experiences that have resulted in feeling sexual shame and disconnection from your body and/or your sexuality.
As we release memories and experiences of sexual shame, we make room to bring in positive, joyful, and empowered sexual experiences. We clear the way to connect to our body, our heart our spirit, and our sexual energy with love, compassion, and acceptance.
